About us
A small, senior team in Delhi
360Bit Solutions is an AI-first technology company based in Dwarka, New Delhi, delivering for clients across India and abroad. We are six people. That is the whole story, and it is the point.
Most organisations are held back less by a lack of technology than by processes that were never designed for the tools now available. We close that gap: assessing where manual effort and fragmented systems are costing a business, designing the target state, building the software and automation to get there, and handing over something the client’s own team can run.
We are deliberately small and deliberately senior. Six people, every one of them trained on the current generation of AI tools, means we deliver at a pace normally associated with much larger teams, and it means the people who scope your work are the people who build it. There is no account-management layer in between.
We are 1.5+ years old. We say so plainly, because the alternative is a claim that a procurement team can disprove in an afternoon.
How the business works
Two engines, each strengthening the other
We run a client services practice and we build our own products. Most companies do one or the other. Doing both is what keeps each of them honest.
Engine one
Client services
Digital transformation, intelligent automation, AI-driven development, engineering and healthcare software, and digital marketing. Client work is where we meet real operational constraints: regulatory realities, legacy systems, and the difference between what a process is documented as and what it actually is.
Engine two
Our own products
ERP360 is live and running daily for 200+ people. ERP360 Track is in build. Owning a product in production means we carry the same maintenance, upgrade and support burden we ask clients to plan for, which changes how we architect the things we build for them.
The product work sharpens the consulting, and the consulting keeps the product grounded in what a working business actually needs. Neither is a side project.
