ERP360

A complete business operating system for project-driven organisations, from the first client enquiry to the final invoice-ready timesheet.

Over 200 employees use it every day across two architecture firms.

It covers business development, project delivery, time tracking, attendance, leave, HR, recruitment, performance and an internal help desk, all under one login, with role-based access so every person sees exactly what their job requires and nothing more.

A representation of the executive dashboard. Figures shown are illustrative, not client data.

Product at a glance

Four pillars, one login

ERP360 replaces the five disconnected tools most project businesses run on (a spreadsheet for quoting, a project tool, a timesheet tool, an HR portal and email for approvals) with one connected system.

  • Business Development

Contacts and clients, RFQs with multi-discipline assignment, discipline-based estimation, and proposals that carry the estimate forward.

  • Project Delivery

Projects, tasks with planned-versus-actual hours, the Drawing Register for sheet-level engineering deliverables, teams and audit trails.

  • Time & Workforce

Timesheets with billable classification and approvals, attendance with location capture, shift rules and late analytics.

  • People & HR

A full leave policy engine, holiday calendars, org chart, 360° employee profiles, recruitment, performance feedback and an internal service desk.

The connected workflow

Nobody re-types a single number

Most ERPs tell you what was planned. ERP360 tells you what actually happened, because the estimate, the proposal, the project plan and the timesheet are the same data, carried forward rather than re-entered.

  1. Enquiry

A contact and a client record: one master that everything downstream reads from.

  2. RFQ

Split one enquiry across structural, MEP, civil and other disciplines, each with its own assignee and estimated hours.

  3. Estimation

Line-item estimation per discipline: task, role, hours, complexity, levels, sheets. Live roll-ups as it is built.

  4. Proposal

Created from the approved estimate in one click, with every discipline and hour already carried across.

  5. Project

The accepted proposal is promoted to a live project, with client, disciplines, team and estimated hours intact.

  6. Timesheets

Time is logged against the tasks that came from the estimate, with billable classification and approvals.

  7. Reports

Planned versus actual, live. The hours estimated in week one are the hours you measure against in month six.

The hours an engineer estimated in week one are the same hours you are measuring against in month six. That is where margin leakage comes from. That is what this closes.

Module inventory

What is live, and what is not

17 modules are built, shipped and running in production today. One is in build. We mark them separately, on every page, because recovering from an over-promise costs more than a slow answer.

The desktop companion

In build, launching soon

ERP360 Track

A Windows desktop application that records time and work activity automatically and syncs it into ERP360, so time doesn’t get typed in from memory on a Friday afternoon. It gets recorded as it happens. It is in build and not yet available.

What it will record automatically

  • Time on taskStart, pause and stop, with automatic task-switch handling
  • Active working timeTime genuinely spent at the machine
  • Idle timeNo keyboard or mouse activity, against a company-defined threshold
  • Applications and websitesTitles only: never keystrokes, never page contents
  • ScreenshotsAt a configurable interval, only while a timer runs, with optional blur and automatic deletion

Privacy, stated up front

We built this to be transparent by design. There is no stealth mode, deliberately. The employee always knows tracking is active, consents on first use, and decides what happens to their own idle time. Monitoring software that hides itself destroys trust, and a team that doesn’t trust the tool will find ways around it.

  • App and website titles only. No keystroke logging, no webcam, no reading of document contents.
  • Tracking is bounded: only while a timer runs, or within defined working hours.
  • Screenshot viewing is permission-gated and access-logged.
  • Retention periods and blur are set by the company, and deletion is automatic.

Being straight about scope

What ERP360 does not do today

ERP360 is the operational layer: pipeline, delivery, time and people. It is deliberately not everything, and here is the list.

  • No payroll processing or salary disbursement: we produce the attendance and hours data payroll needs, exportable.
  • No accounting, invoicing or general ledger: we produce billable-hours data for the finance system.
  • No inventory, procurement or manufacturing.
  • No native mobile app: the web application is fully responsive in mobile browsers.
  • ERP360 Track is Windows-only in its first release; macOS and Linux are future roadmap.
  • ERP360 Track is in build, not shipped.

We export clean, accurate hours and attendance data for whatever payroll and finance systems you already run.
