Managed IT, Microsoft 365 & IT advisory

Your IT department, without hiring one.

Websites, integrations, Azure, networks, firewalls and security: we keep it patched, monitored and recoverable, as your own team and trusted partner.

Sound familiar?

  • Your website was built years ago, and nobody has patched it since.
  • An integration quietly stopped syncing, and you found out from a customer.
  • The firewall rules were set by someone who has left, and nobody dares touch them.
  • Your Azure bill keeps growing and nobody can say what is running.
  • You have backups, but nobody has ever tried restoring one.
  • Leavers still have access, and vendors can reach your systems unreviewed.

What managed IT covers

  • Website and application maintenance

CMS, plugin and framework patching, SSL and domain renewals, uptime and speed monitoring, and backups you have actually restored. The site that was "finished" two years ago is the one that gets hacked.

  • Integrations that keep working

Website, CRM, ERP, payment gateway, Microsoft 365 and third-party APIs talking to each other. We watch for failed syncs, expired tokens and vendor API changes before your team finds out the hard way.

  • Azure and cloud operations

Subscriptions, virtual machines, app services, storage and Entra ID, kept secure and backed up. We track spend, right-size what you run and shut off what nobody uses.

  • Network and firewall management

Firewall rules and firmware, VPN and remote access, Wi-Fi, office-to-office links and ISP escalations. Rules reviewed on a schedule, not left open since the last engineer left.

  • Security operations

MFA and Conditional Access, endpoint protection, email security (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), vulnerability patching, and a written plan, rehearsed, for the day something goes wrong.

  • Microsoft 365, identity and licences

Exchange, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive administered end to end, with the right licence for each person, renewals tracked and no paying for seats nobody uses.

  • Backup and disaster recovery

Servers, databases, mailboxes and SharePoint backed up off-site, with restore tests and agreed recovery times, so "we have backups" is something you can prove.

  • Helpdesk and day-to-day IT

Joiners, leavers, laptops, access requests and the everyday "it's not working" moments, with a real person responding inside agreed times.

  • Policies, compliance and vendor control

IT and data policies put into practice, readiness for audits, customer security questionnaires and India's DPDP Act, and a review of what each vendor can reach in your systems.

Questions about managed IT

What does managed IT actually cover?

Maintenance of your website and applications, integrations, Azure, network and firewall management, security, Microsoft 365 and licences, backup and recovery, day-to-day support and compliance, plus a senior IT advisor, all run by one team.

We already have an IT person. Why would we need you?

Usually as a second line, not a replacement. One person can't be an expert in networks, Azure, security and your applications, and they can't be on leave, ill or resigning without leaving a gap. We cover the depth and the cover, and work alongside them so knowledge sits in documentation, not in one head.

Why does a website we already built need ongoing maintenance?

Because the software underneath keeps changing. CMS, plugins, frameworks and server components get security fixes continually, certificates and domains expire, and hosting ages. Without someone patching, monitoring and testing restores, a working site slowly becomes a vulnerable one.

Can you look after integrations we didn't build?

Yes. We start by mapping what connects to what, then put monitoring on the connections so failed syncs, expired credentials and vendor API changes are caught early. Where an integration is too fragile to run safely, we tell you and give you the options.

Do you manage Azure and our office network and firewall?

Yes. That includes Azure subscriptions, virtual machines, storage and identity, plus firewall rules and firmware, VPN and remote access, Wi-Fi and site-to-site links. We review access and rules on a schedule and keep documentation current, including for environments someone else set up.

What happens if we are attacked or something goes down?

You call one number. We contain the problem, restore from tested backups, work out what was affected and tell you plainly what happened. The response plan is agreed and written down in advance, so nobody is improvising during an incident.

Can you help with customer security questionnaires and India's DPDP Act?

Yes. We put the policies, access controls, logging and vendor reviews in place that these questions ask about, and keep the evidence ready. We help you get ready and stay ready, but we are not an auditor or a legal adviser.

How do you take over IT from another provider or from scratch?

We begin with an assessment of what exists: accounts, devices, network, cloud, backups, licences and vendors. You get a written list of risks ranked by urgency, we fix the urgent ones first, then move into steady monthly running. Nothing is switched off without your sign-off.

How is managed IT priced, and are we locked in?

We agree a fixed monthly scope after the assessment, so there are no surprise bills for routine work. Project work such as migrations is quoted separately. We'll go through the term and notice period openly on the call.

Do you work with clients outside India?

Yes. We deliver for clients in India and abroad, with the same process wherever you are.

Tell us how your IT runs today.

Half an hour, no commitment. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help.
